Abai and Kazakhstan in the 21^st century

           Abai is connoisseur (scholar), thinker, poet, educator, founder of national literature, translator and composer, who left his mark in the history of  our country. His poems and words of edification are full of nature, agreement, life, worldview, character, soul, religion, language and spirit of his nation.

          Elbasy N.A.Nazarbaev wrote about reviving the consciousness of society in his article: “Bolashakka bagdar: Ruhani jangyru”(Orientation to the future: Spirital reviving). By the way, it is clear that Abai’s inheritance is so useful for us. Because his compositions are still important nowadays. His thoughts give us spiritual food.

         Respecting Abai and his compositions is the one of the effective ways of bringing up any kind of generation.

        Last year there were some competitions where pupils learned by heart and retold Abai’s compositions and this year there are some challenges which are taking part with young and adults.

      There are the big avenue, the regional drama theatre, school № 26, college  and library named after Abai in our city. It is one sign of that we always remember about him and his poetry.

       As 2020 is setted like the Youth Year, it won’t be extra to remember our great poet, his compositions and through his instructions and his advice try to develop our nation’s consciousness, as it was his dream to do that.

 “Abai is the wise, Abai is the one” among Kazakh people. So we must to know him, respect him and his inheritance which was presented and left for us by him.
